We have hotel blocks near the venue at the following hotels:

• Residence Inn Philadelphia Bala Cynwyd (more expensive, but all rooms are suites, free parking, free breakfast, walking distance to bars/restaurants in Manayunk, two good restaurants on the premises)
• Courtyard Philadelphia City Avenue (cheaper, parking is $14/night, for-purchase breakfast buffet, not much in walking distance)
• Chestnut Hill Hotel (more expensive, no hotel block, but in historic Chestnut Hill, walking distance to many bars/restaurants/shops)
• Nearby options include Airbnb or Sonder.

The schedule is roughly as follows:

Saturday, May 25th: A low-key hangout if you're around

• 2PM: Yard games & cookout at Lemon Hill Picnic Site 8
  • 3PM: Dustin vs. Shea kickball game
• 6PM: Waterworks Cider and Beer Garden

Sunday, May 26th: THE MAIN EVENT

• 5PM: Guests can arrive at The Morris Arboretum and explore
  • Use Lyft code DUSTINANDSHEA for a free ride to/from the venue
• 6PM: Cocktails, appetizers, & music begin
• 7PM: Toasts, dinner, dancing, drinks
• 9PM: Pie, cake & coffee served
• 11PM: Depart

Monday, May 27th Memorial Day

Q: IS THE EVENT OUTSIDE?

A: The event is outside, in an arboretum with lots of plants, buildings and natural space to explore, including a Dawn Redwood grove, a Fernery, log cabin, rose garden, and a miniature railway. Parts of the event, like dinner, are under a covered pavilion.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

A: We want you to wear clothing that is fun, comfortable for being outdoors, good for dancing, and makes you feel happy.

Q: HOW SHOULD I GET THERE?

A: We recommend driving or taking a car to 100 E Northwestern Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19031. Use Lyft code DUSTINANDSHEA for a free ride to/from this address with Lyft!

Q: WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

A: If you're driving, there is ample parking at the Arboretum in the upper lot within close walking distance of the venue.

Q: IS THERE A CEREMONY?

A: What kinda party do you think this is?!

Q: ARE KIDS WELCOME?

A: Kids are so welcome that we made our own kid to bring with us.

Q: IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?

A: The site is wheelchair and stroller accessible, however some paths are narrow and have a downward slope. There are golf cart shuttles available for those that require them. Accessible parking is available in the parking lot just beyond the Widener Visitor Center.

Q: ARE THERE VEGAN/VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?

A: Yes, please make sure to note it on your RSVP!

Q: HOW DO I RSVP?

A: You should have received an invitation with a RSVP card, please fill it out and return it to us by mail!
